The Owners page features information on why anyone should invest with goat, that is broken down into the four benefits of investing with GOAT.

A place where fleet owners can connect and learn from each other. The blog will be a resource for owners to get advice and inspiration for success.

RIDER APP

The riders’ app opens up first to a map of where the user is located, and provides information of surrounding GOATS nearby.

The rider can choose a GOAT to get directions. If this is the first time the rider is using the app, once arrived, the rider will be prompted to swipe through important safety tips and instructions before scanning the QR code on the scooter.

Again, if it is the rider’s first time use, he or she will be prompted to enter card information here. After doing so, they are ready to goat. The timer will begin, and the rate will increase accordingly. This screen will remain here during the duration of the ride to ensure that the rider’s watching the road instead of their phone.

Once the rider has finished, they can choose to “Finish ride.” Upon completion, the rider will then be asked to snap a pic of the GOAT scooter to ensure it’s parked correctly. Once doing so, the rider will see how much the ride cost, be able to give a rating, and take a photo for Instagram using the hashtag #GoatAnywhere to be featured on GOAT’s social media.

The owner app first opens for the user to log in to their account. Once completed, the home screen, will provide information regarding recent fleet activities.

From the home screen, the owner has the opportunity to locate his or her scooters and to send a “herder” to pick up any GOATS that need charging.

Again from the home screen, the owner is able to swipe left to the Herders screen. Here, the owner will see everyone they employ to pick up and charge GOATS. Herders wll have information about when they are available and the area they cover. The owner will also be able to call, message, and pay Herders from here.

Conveniently placed messaging allows the owner to quickly swipe up on any screen to view new messages or quickly send a message herders.

Swiping left again will take the owner to see their earnings. Here, owners will be able to see all the statistics of what days are the most popular to ride, how much is being earned, how many iders on a specific day, and the most popular locations that GOATS are being used.

Another way GOAT reaches out to Austin locals is through sponsored podcast advertisements. Local listeners will be inspired to use GOAT because they trust what their podcasters have to say.
